- The competition runs for the duration of the show in each region (Pretoria entries close 29 June 2008. Cape Town entries close 27 July 2008. JHB entries close 5 October 2008.)
- The competition is conducted by Ceres Fruit Juices and its suppliers. It is NOT open to employees of Ceres Fruit Juices, its subsidiaries, parent company or associated companies’ employees or their immediate families or employees of Ceres Fruit Juices’ advertising agencies and advisors.
- Prize winners will be notified by sms.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prize consists of two tickets to Baba Indaba only.
- Prizes may NOT be exchanged for cash.
- Transport to and from the Baby Indaba venues is the winner’s responsibility. Ceres Fruit Juices and its employees will not be held liable for any travelling costs incurred by the winner.
- SMS's charged at R2 each. Cost of sms includes a reply to user.
- The participants and winners indemnify the organisers, their adverting agencies and advisors against all claims arising howsoever (including willful misconduct or negligent act or omission) from their participation in this competition.
